Innovation Lead (Health Information)

The Role

An opportunity has become available for an Innovation Lead (Health Information) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Lead the development and design of Health Information solutions
• Provide high quality analysis of complex health care data to support optimisation and automation opportunities
• Develop and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track benefits and cost savings of each initiative
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements and promote best practice

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Experience with dashboard and application design, automation tools and data analysis techniques would be well regarded
• Experience in clinical and patient administration systems such as Hospital Based Clinical Information System and the integrated Medical Record would be well regarded
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Permanent full time
• Base salary ranging from $132 072 - $141 738 per annum
