We’re seeking an Innovation Technical Lead to spearhead our enterprise’s technical innovations. This role is perfect for a technically adept individual with a knack for exploring new products and creating state-of-the-art solutions. As part of the IT architecture team, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction of our technology landscape. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in crafting innovative prototypes and proofs of concept and integrating novel solutions within our complex corporate environment. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the exploration and integration of new technologies and be hands-on developing innovative prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Design and implement technical solutions that are adaptable to the intricate needs of a corporate setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and technology delivery processes.
- Provide Technical Leadership and strategic direction, interacting with both executive-level and technical stakeholders.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in a Technical Leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of developing innovative technical solutions and successful prototypes.
- Strong familiarity with technology delivery processes and the lifecycle of project development.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Competencies required:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of self-direction with the capability to manage time, define tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of how to synthesize technology and business needs.
