Job Overview:As an
Insolvency Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the insolvency process for our clients. This includes working closely with the team of insolvency professionals to provide high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of insolvency professionals, including providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee all stages of the insolvency process, from initial assessment to final resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and manage budgets and timelines for insolvency cases
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of services
- Stay up to date with industry developments and changes in insolvency laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to provide integrated solutions for clients
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of insolvency laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insolvency software
