The Opportunity
Due to company expansions over the last 12 x months, a rare opportunity to join a boutique and well-known company within Perth's South CBD fringe.
With their HOD/SNR Property Manager sharing a wealth of knowledge after over 12 years with the company, rest assured you will be in good hands and will have the opportunity to progress within the business.

• Working closely with the property management team to coordinate and book inspections, managing your own diary and day-to-day runnings
• Conduct routine inspections and complete reports
• Communication with tenants and property managers

• Real Estate registration is desired, not essential, however willing to complete
• A valid driving license
• Strong organization, time and diary management
• High attention to detail and strong communication
