Still portfolio based - but with specific roles - you can complete your workload without the traditional juggle of a wide variety of tasks.
Suited to an experienced Property Manager looking for a fast paced but manageable work load. Equally this could be for someone looking to take a step up out of a support role and into the Property Manager Space. The key here is an amazing attitude, great team culture and a genuine want to help the tenants along the journey.

The Property Management team has outstanding office support including a leasing team, full in-house admin team (no VA’s), BDM Support and a dedicated PM reception.
A typical day will include the following:
- Conduct regular routine inspections when scheduled and promptly action maintenance and reports
- Conduct entry inspection reports & exit inspections as required by the POD Team Leader
- Logging maintenance from Routine Inspections for follow up
- Issuing of breach notices as a result of routine inspection
- Re-inspecting after a Form 11 Notice to Remedy Breach has been issued, liaising with POD Team Leader to issue a Form 12 if required
- Taking water meter readings at entries & routines

Requirements
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration or be on track to complete the course.
- At least 1 years’ experience in the industry or something similar;
- A current valid QLD Driver’s License;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment; and
- A genuine love of Property Management and people;
