The Role:
As the new Receptionist & Sales Administrator, you will be given the opportunity to work with an experienced high-performing team to successfully manage our client interactions.
The role is a permanent full-time position.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Custodian of the client experience – consider and lead initiatives to improve service delivery
- Maintain office workflow
- Maintain all required compliance processes in conjunction with the Office Manager
- Support the sales & marketing function of the office
- Prepare property agreements and Contracts of sale
- Prepare appraisal & submission packs
- Organise and execute marketing collateral for listings
- Maintain the CRM
- Manage and support key stakeholders in the co-working space
- Provide direct support to the selling Principal and contractor agents
- Assist with event management
- Assist with social media marketing
The Candidate:
We are seeking a professional, ambitious, hard-working & energetic real estate enthusiast who thrives on customer service, growth, and high performance.
- Previous experience in Real Estate or a passion to learn
- Hold or are willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
- Proficient or willing to learn with the Adobe suite
- Professional presentation
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of the Noosa area is a benefit
- Your own car & Driver’s License
