About You
- Qualified and Registered: You are fully qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Leadership Experience: You have experience managing a small team (ideally 3-7 members).
- NDIS Ready: You hold the required evidence to work in an NDIS risk-assessed capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support: Lead and support your team to achieve their best.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Comprehensive Care: Conduct assessments, treatments, and monitor progress.

- Home Visits and Reports: Conduct home visits and prepare detailed reports.
