SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Qualification in Occupational Therapy 
• Passion to lead and help other staff members grow!
• At least 5 years NDIS experience or exposure
• Valid National Police Clearance
• Full AHPRA registration 
• Ability to build rapport quickly & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues 
• Can work autonomously
• Problem solving, prioritising & time management skills
