Your Role
- Overseeing projects to completion, and ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Manage, lead & develop a team of our Installers and Subcontractors across sites.
- Plan & Schedule installations while occasionally helping on site when needed.
- Managing and achieving project milestones and avoiding overruns.
- Conducting risk assessments and project evaluations, enforcing safety protocols and taking appropriate actions to prevent issues.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and guide the team to solutions.
- Role will be a mix of time spent in the office & time on site supervising & training your team.
- Uphold and enhance the quality of installations through regular inspections and adherence to industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Drive and maintain a safety-focused culture to achieve safety targets
- Work with the management team to ensure production targets are met & attend management meetings.
- Take charge, guide, and oversee a team of skilled technicians and contractors involved in Lift installation projects.
About You:
- Experience in Building or Construction Management preferred.
- A high level of organization
- Qualifications in Installations Management or Engineering preferred.
- Experience working with lifts is a plus but not essential.
- A-Grade Electrical License, Construction White Card and Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects end-to-end.
- Exceptional negotiation and team collaboration skills.
- A resilient, positive attitude capable of persevering through challenges.
- Working level of mechanical exposure and competence.
- Basic computer understanding
