Form of workMy Client is an electrical solar company operating from an office and warehouse in South Sydney who service Sydney and the Illawarra with most installations in the Sutherland Shire. We specialise in PV solar systems, energy consumption and energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and timely installation of solar and batteries
- Work closely and communicate with Operations manager and administration to ensure cohesive workflow from administration to installations.
- Check on installation teams to follow through on safety and quality of installations.
- The chosen candidate will manage safety, training, and ensure efficient installation of solar and battery systems.
- Experienced in managing and delegating
- Training and enforcing safety to the team leaders
- Ideally experience installing residential and commercial solar systems and batteries
- Self-management skills
- Time management skills
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with a can do attitude
- NSW electrical licence
- CEC qualified solar installer (preferred)
- CEC qualified solar designer (preferred)
- Current drivers licence
- Working at heights (preferred)
- Substantial bonus as well as salary if targets are me
