Installations & Service Manager Holden Hill, SA, AU, 5088 Jan 15, 2024 THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY Established in 1974, Gliderol Garage Doors which is part of the world renowned dormakaba group is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of residential & industrial garage doors and automatic operators. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to lead our South Australian Service team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of service strategies; working closely with our contractors and service technicians to provide exceptional service to our various market channels. Key responsibilities will include: Manage, coach and mentor the South Australian Service team. Formulate Service strategies for South Australia. Health, Safety and Environment of the South Australian Service team, including the identification and management of risks, incident investigation and return to work. Manage all financial and operational State Service KPIs. Develop Operational KPIs in regard to labour utilisation, on-time deliveries and mean-time to repair based on dormakaba Management Reporting. Continuous improvement of Service and Administration. The Overall Service results for South Australia including sales, profit, and cash flow. YOUR SKILLS You will require strong communications skills, possessing the ability to deal with a varied workforce and employee representatives. You will be comfortable addressing your team in a consistent manner, you will be results driven and a proven ability to deliver P&L results in a competitive environment. We are looking for: People leadership skills and experience Ability to manage both strategic thinking and the day-to-day detail Experience dealing with Unions and employee representatives Knowledge and management of P&L results A highly motivated individual that considers themself resilient Technical knowledge and understanding of the access solutions industry would be highly beneficial.
