Eco Wool Insulation is part of the Termico Group, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialised home services such as Pest Management in building and domestic industries, Insulation, Solar Electricity, Bushfire Assessment and Private Certification of Design Compliance
Established in 1996, Termico Group services the Perth metropolitan as well as selected regional areas and runs on strong team spirit.
The Position
As an Insulation Administrator, you will :
Key Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming phone calls from supervisors & installers
- Schedule jobs for pick up and delivery
- Be responsible for co-ordination & logistics for warehouse collections
- Be receiving and entering orders
- Stock checks
- Be able to work as part of a team and individually
- Be proactive and deal with issues on the day
Your Benefits:
You have the facility to work from home 2 days a week Tuesday & Friday and also a monthly paid day off (RDO).

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in administration or similar role would be advantageous but not essential
