The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified and highly commercial finance professional with a proven track record working in a fast paced, high growth business. The key to your success will be a desire to challenge and drive improvements to reporting and accuracy with a commercial lens to add value and provide insights to the leadership team. Responsibilities
- To lead and develop the Financial Planning & Analysis capability across the Group Finance Team and wider business.
- Ownership of the long-term planning model.
- Lead the annual budget & Forecasting process.
- Quarterly reporting and board pack preparation.
- This is a standalone role, but you will be expected to coach members of the wider finance team and regional finance business partners.
- Liaising with senior management to assess ongoing performance, ensuring KPIs are relevant and timely.
- Review current monthly reporting, Planning and analysis, looking to improve quality and timeliness, utilising BI/improved modelling where relevant.
You will also be able to demonstrate business acumen and the ability to gain knowledge across the breadth of a variety of functions. Good communication skills with proven experience of working alongside and presenting to the senior management team and external stakeholders. You must be able to translate financial information and create successful business relationships. You will also be able to take a 'big picture' view with demonstrable internal consultancy and influencing skills while possessing a keen eye for detail.
