Position: Commercial Insurance Broker

Location: Burleigh Waters, Queensland

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' risk profiles and business operations to understand their insurance needs.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze insurance markets to identify optimal coverage options and negotiate terms with underwriters.
• Policy Placement: Place insurance policies with reputable carriers, ensuring comprehensive coverage at competitive rates.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Risk Management: Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and provide ongoing support to address evolving business needs.
• Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals, conduct reviews, and proactively recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with clients' objectives.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance 
• Have experience working within Commercial Insurance.
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
•  Proven ability to negotiate effectively with underwriters to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
• Dedication to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.
