Senior Financial Adviser - Insurance

Join a well-established global wealth firm as Senior Financial Adviser / Senior Risk Adviser with a focus on insurance only advice.

About the Role
In this role you will be working at a well-established wealth firm with a focus on providing specialised personal insurance advice to clients.
Key Accountabilities

• Provide specialised insurance advice to a range of clients.
• Grow the client book through internal referrals (no need to cold call clients), you will also be provided with a book of ongoing clients.
• Understand the needs of each client to provide tailor-fit solutions;
• Provide high standards of quality service in coaching and advising clients;
• Advise on complex advice strategies including business insurance, insurance in SMSFs and complex medical underwriting cases.
• Support and improve the professional standards and processes within the team;
• Coach and develop advisers and senior advisers.
• Advocate for clients to get the best outcomes.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience providing personal insurance advice.
• Must be hold relevant Financial Planning accreditation including relevant degree and clean compliance track record;
• Adept with digital platforms for client engagement;
• Exemplary interpersonal skills that enable you to provide client services of the highest quality.
