You will provide crucial support to our Crop Account managers in AgriRisk ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.The purpose of this role includes:
- Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
- Completion Policy Documentation and ensuring clients are beingresponded to in timely manner
- Completion of Debtor and Credits process to ensure the refunds are checked for accuracy and made within timelines as well as Debtor controls (assisting Broker with these processes and timelines)
- Supporting an ongoing and effective working relationship with insurers and clients including addressing of queries and responding in a timely manner
- Ensuring a timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties including invoices, quotes, premiums and adjustments calculations
- Maintaining up to date management of databases, information systems and Branch records
- Ensuring the completion of all activities delegated by the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive within determined parameters
- Gathering relevant client information and identifying key issues to provide assistance to broker
- Continually maintaining and acquiring an awareness of the industry, client's business and insurance needs
- Ability to develop and drive meaningful working relationships at all levels across the Branch and business
- Have thorough technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation to ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and polices for external and internal clients and procedures
- Good understanding and knowledge of insurance industry and trends
- Strong computer literacy as well as organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous Administration / office based experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy essential
- Desirable but not essential Tier 2 or Tier 1 qualification (AU)
