THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITES
- Conduct accurate assessments on damaged properties
- Provide cost competitive estimates and quotations
- Provide comprehensive building reports
- Attend tender meetings with assessors, specialists and building consultants/engineers to produce accurate building scope of works
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
- Maintain knowledge of current building regulations and industry practices
- Manage workload effectively in order to complete multiple tasks in line with client specific SLA’s and KPI’s
- WHS White Card or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service talents
- Previous insurance experience is preferred
- Outstanding business and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Be highly motivated and achieve good results
- Ability to problem solve issues within residential buildings
- Intermediate skills in Word and Excel and iOS applications
