As the Intake Consultant you will you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential guests, ensuring their seamless transition into their programs.
About the role:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone or digital platforms, offering compassionate support and detailed information about the services.
- Assess the suitability of potential guests for their programs and discuss terms, including financial considerations.
- Utilise CRM and other software tools to record all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a smooth intake process.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably with sales elements.
- Demonstrated ability to empathise and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, particularly those in crisis.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively, with proficient conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- $100K OTE (Inc bonus) this can increase!
