About the position
CSL Australia is currently looking for a permanent full time Integrated Rating to join our cement carrier Goliath on a roster schedule 6 on and 6 off. This operation is based in the Bass Strait. The role of an Integrated Rating is to provide support during loading/discharging as well as ballast and de-ballast as required.
In addition, the Integrated Rating will be responsible for:
- Watchkeeping duties and serve as lookouts at night
- Other maintenance duties
- Mooring and un-mooring vessels upon arrival and at departure
- Responding to engine room alarms
- Bunkering operations
- Checking alarms on cranes
- Operating and setting operational parameters
- Ship maintenance
About you
- Educational requirement: Certificate III in Maritime Operations (Integrated Rating Qualification) (required)
- Technical requirements: Minimum II5 Sea Time (required)
- MSIC Card (required or ability to obtain)
- Working Safely at Heights (required or ability to obtain)
- Enter and Work in a Confined Workspace certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Current AMSA Medical (required or ability to obtain)
- Australian Citizen or Valid Work Visa (required)
