Position objectives
- To lead the development and implementation of the Wealth Management client migration journeys and orchestration stream. It defines how Credit Suisse clients are being migrated into UBS.
- This is an Asian Pacific regional position within UBS, front running the definition and development of these client journeys for the Global Wealth Management franchise.

Your team
Main responsibilities
- This work requires leading a project team comprising of global and regional teams from UBS, Credit Suisse and vendors.
- As APAC is front-running this work for UBS Wealth Management globally, the position holders defines the blueprint and best practice to be followed in other UBS locations (e.g. Europe, Switzerland). Regular sharing with the colleagues in the other regions is therefore crucial.
- The position holder has to identify and involve the right UBS and CS subject matter experts across the whole client migration cycle to ensure that the journeys comprehensive and coherent.
- The position holder steers the definition and development of the migration journeys to be client and front office friendly, whilst ensuring that the compliance and control needs are implemented.
- Integrate the new colleagues from Credit Suisse in the project team, support cultural changes towards the new UBS, and apply a continuous improvement mind-set
- In addition, to support the integration of the local Credit Suisse Australia Wealth Management business into UBS with ad hoc participation on specific topics, especially for the dependency on regional teams.
Your expertise
Qualifications
- ideally at least ten years line or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, complemented with formal project management training
- very good understanding of the UBS Wealth Management Platform, including interdependencies across topics, processes and systems
- strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
- able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- experienced in change programs
- self-driven and with a can-do attitude
- ability to adapt working hours to the availability of the global stakeholders
- ability to manage stressful situations, and resolve conflict
- strong UBS internal network in the region and in the headquarters, as this position requires the involvement of multiple stakeholders at all levels and in multiple departments.
