Project Manager Application Integration Delivery - Senior Delivery Manager PM

• $1100 - $1254 per day;
• Initially till end of June with possibility of 6 months to 12 months extensions.
• Mostly WFH (1 day per week in office for now, candidate must be in NSW);
• View for Extension for over a year due to amount of work;
• Key position within Application Delivery;
• Each project ranging in $10 mil to $20 mil in budget;
• End-user Organization;

  
Essential Skills (your CV will need to reflect under each relevant position in a neat format)
  

• Immaculate communications skills both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior DeliveryProject Manager focused on application and Integration Delivery in large complex environments;
• Demonstrated understanding of Software Development / Delivery Lifecycle SDLC;
• Detailed experience in managing & coordinating multi application streams, multi business streams and multi vendor streams;
• Experience managing budgets of $10 to $20 mil and teams of up to 100 people throughout complex software application delivery;
• Exceptional project governance experience, project risk management, change management, budget and people management skills;
• Demonstrated experience within Waterfall and Agile environments (Hybrid);
• Certified practitioner with one of mainstream project management methodologies i.e. Prince2 (preferred) PMBOK or similar;
• Demonstrated experience in structuring and coordination of multiple streams in a large complex application delivery;

Highly desirable but not essential experience:

• Experience within NSW government in particular around government procurement policies guidelines and procedures;
• Experience with delivery of large & complex CRM projects (ideally Salesforce or similar)
• Experience in delivery of large, complex ERP projects (i.e. SAP HR, FICO)
• Experience in understanding remuneration / levy calculations / leave loading entitlement applications delivery;

In this position you will see yourself managing and coordinating the delivery of large and complex ERP / CRM applications integration and development.
  
The applications are focused around remuneration and levy calculations and utilise a number of different toolsets including SAP Finance and HR, MuleSoft integration and Salesforce CRM Service cloud. 
  
As a senior project Delivery Manager, you will have detailed core project management and project governance skills. You will have delivered multiple large and complex software application development and integration projects, ideally within NSW government environment.  
  
You will have managed and coordinated multiple business and technical streams as well as vendors across time and budget sensitive deliveries within a Hybrid environment. The deliveries must have included some aspect of Agile such as ceremonies and standups.
