Start finish times flexible- possible working from home when training completeWithin the team our client deals with research funding contracts and has uses a Microsoft Dynamics project management module to capture details of the agreements, manage approvals and improve overall understanding of the contractual and financial obligations and position. This is largely a role to help get all the information into Dynamics and provide additional support within the team as needed.
- Accurate Data Entry and an eye for detail. Update data in Dynamics and add new contract details looking through the PDF versions of contracts and identify the information that needs to be added to the system.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications with a high level of skills in excel -Run reports from the financial management system and generate pivot tables.
- Good communication skill- contacting Project Managers to provide and get information related to project contracts.
- Good administration skills with ability to develop and maintain accurate filing records – experience in the use of Objective would be an advantage.
- Advantage to understanding the financial management to provide assistance in financial reporting at the end of projects.
