NAAJA THROUGHCARE are seeking an INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER – YOUTH to join our team. The position will be based in Darwin.
NAAJA Throughcare aims to reduce repeat offending by supporting Aboriginal people through the delivery of strengths-based case management service provision. The Intensive Case Manager – Youth, will provide Intensive Case management support to young people in contact with the criminal justice system.
The Intensive Case Manager will work with NAAJA’s wider youth team to help young people who are justice-involved by providing pre- and post-release support to those leaving detention with the aim of reducing the likelihood of reoffending.
The Intensive Case Manager will support young people through a family systems approach to address diverse needs including access to health and rehabilitation assessment and treatment, housing, employment, education and training, life skills and support reconnection to family, culture and community.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 – 4:30 Monday to Friday
Salary/Wages: PSO 5.1 $90,424
