Address- have the knowledge, experience, and capacity to undertake all facets of vineyard management (including vineyard re development)
- be a "self starter" and capable of working alone and unsupervised
- be prepared to do grounds maintenance/gardening as required
- be prepared to work in the winery as required
- have the ability to work overtime and flexible hours during the grape harvest and other busy periods
- have chemical handling certificate, current drivers licence, and reliable transport
- be prepared to obtain forklift licence
- enrolment in, or completion of TAFE/tertiary studies in viticulture will be well regarded
A remuneration package commensurate with the successful applicants qualifications and experience, will be offered.
