We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be Doing The Intensive Recovery team will focus on the provision of intensive therapeutic interventions for adult clients of the Community Mental Health service identified as being at risk of recurring acute episodes and associated hospital admissions without more intensive therapeutic interventions.As the Community Clinician you will frequently liaise with clients, provide timely and responsive metal health assessment and treatment to those that require intensive, community based Mental Health assessment, treatment and support. This position is a Permanent Part-time position (32 hours a week) .What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:⢠A current registration with AHPRA and has completed Mental Health Nursing qualification such as a post graduate qualification in psychiatric/Mental Health nursing or a specialist undergraduate psychiatric/Mental Health nursing program). ⢠Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.⢠Proven ability in the management of clients with a major mental illness and in the techniques of assessment and crisis intervention, and recovery frameworks.⢠Extensive experience in the Mental Health field including acute inpatient services and/or Community Mental Health care. ⢠An understanding of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards, and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards including EQuIP.⢠A current drivers license.What NextIf you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.
