Interim APAC HRM

My client is a Global SME with a growing presence in the APAC region.  The APAC MD is based in Sydney but the role could be based anywhere in Australia (or Singapore).  

The role will deal with People issues for a relatively small employee population but they are dispersed over many countries including Australia, Singapore, Japan and India.

The role is 'stand-alone' position and so will have broad and deep responsibilities.

Responsibilities are full generalist / everything in the employee lifecycle but the initial focus will be on - 

- BAU HR issues such as performance and employee conduct
- Talent Acquisition - attraction and selection
- Training & Development - particularly orientation
- Cultural and Engagement - including the launch of an already designed values program across the region.

To secure this role you will be an immediately available HR Generalist with experience in more than one of the countries in the region.

The role is largely home based but will require some travel to Sydney and possibly to Asia.

This is a 3 month day rate opportunity that may convert to permanent for the right candidate.
