- Work closely with the CFO, your direct reports & team (around 20), and senior finance and business leaders in this key role.
- Broad and interesting leadership role across financial control, external reporting, treasury, tax, and offshore accounting resources.
- Provide expertise with accounting for new business, M&A, fund raising, implementation of new standards, etc.
- Demonstrate a passion for improvements in systems and processes and drive these initiatives, through engaging and inspiring leadership.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Experience in a similar broad Financial Control & Reporting role or perhaps making your first move from a CA firm.
- Ability to be hands on and practical in developing solutions to meet relevant standards and requirements.
- A strong communication and relationship manager.
