 The organisation:

Allura Partners is working with a highly reputable PE backed organisation that is looking for an experienced Financial Controller that is available on short notice.
  
This position will be quite hands on and will require the successful candidate to lead a small corporate finance team.
  
Subject to performance and buy in from not only the team but the wider business, a permanent role may be on offer after the contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading financial reporting for monthly, half-yearly, and yearly milestone
• Preparing internal reports to support the broader organisation
• Crafting reports and announcements to communicate financial achievements
• Assisting in annual budgeting and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Creating and presenting monthly management reports
• Managing the annual statutory audit process
• Ensuring consistent compliance with tax regulations
• Oversee and manage the finance team
• Handling diverse ad hoc tasks as needed to support the business

  The ideal candidate for this role:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Has proven experience in a similar role and ideally within a PE backed business
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound financial management practices to day-to-day work
• Previously managed a finance team e.g. Financial & Management Accountants
• Immediately available
