Interior Architect & 3D Visualizer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Interior Architecture and design, coupled with expertise in 3D visualization software. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and rendering interior spaces for various projects, ranging from residential to commercial settings. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

•  Proven experience (3 years) working as an Interior Architect, Interior Designer, or 3D Visualizer in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and 3D visualizations is required.

1. Conceptualization and Design:

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs, project goals, and industry standards.
• Create detailed Interior Architecture plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.

• Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations of interior spaces.
• Generate photorealistic renderings that accurately depict materials, lighting, textures, and spatial arrangements.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and other team members.

• Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces.
• Prepare material boards, sample presentations, and product specifications for client review and approval.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design concepts, drawings, and visualizations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and client expectations.

• Present design concepts and visualizations to clients using compelling presentations and renderings.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify design requirements, resolve issues, and address feedback.
