About You

• With your experience in customer service, you appreciate that warm feeling when you’re taking customers on a journey through their various choices and offering alternatives.
• You are a down-to-earth and positive person. Your genuine approach means it’s an effortless conversation to discover what your customers are looking for.
• You’ve always been drawn to surfaces, textiles and had an affinity for gorgeous spaces and products. Reading interior design magazines may be a hobby of yours.

About the Role
Located in the Moorebank showroom, you will add incredible value to the team through:

• Welcoming customers like interior designers, architects, home renovators and stonemasons into the showroom and making sure they are feeling comfortable.
• Whilst taking the customer through the selection process, asking the right questions so you know when it’s appropriate to stop showing them new products.
• Following up on all customers that have visited the showroom with an intention to buy with a phone call to gain a deposit and assurance that they’ll put the product on hold.
• Investing time in learning and training so you deeply understand the right sales approach and the various types of stone to provide customers with informed recommendations.
• Tidying and ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures and restocking products.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in customer service
• An interest in interior design and architectural surfaces
