- Salary: $150K to $180K Package
- Location: Northern Suburbs
A growing tier 3 commercial builder, located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, that specializes in commercial and fit out projects up to $40m. Operating for over 15 years, has a healthy and professional culture with long term career opportunities ahead.
Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager and working closely to the Senior Estimator you will be responsible for the preparation & submission of tender proposals for national projects.
Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior members of staff and have a pathway to grow into management.
Requirements:
We are looking to speak with established commercial estimators who have experience winning projects (both newbuild and fitout) for head contractors.
You will have experience in Cost Planning and be able to articulate your experience with Cost Planning.
You will have experience in measuring Services and being able to articulate your experience in this skill.
You will have a positive attitude to building, willingness to help others out and ensure that you are willing to have a go and learn along the way
