We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a commercial mindset and a hands-on approach to be a senior member of our Outsourced Accounting and Bookkeeping team. **Responsibilities:** • Handling the full accounting cycle including but not limited to, Payables, Receivables, bank reconciliations, payrolls, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting. • Delivering accurate, timely, and professional Bookkeeping and Accounting services to a variety of clients. • Working proactively with multiple clients, demonstrating a flexible ‘can do' attitude to meet their diverse needs. • Assisting to upskill and work alongside our existing Bookkeeping and Accounting team. • Collaborating effectively with senior members of the VCFO, Compliance, and Tax teams to drive process improvements that benefit both our clients and our practice. • Engaging in day-to-day operations that ensure the continued success and growth of our outsourced accounting services. **The Ideal Candidate:** • Has 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping/accounting team, preferably within a Chartered environment or a Family office looking after multiple entities. • Holds a relevant accounting qualification. • Preferably has specific experience working with clients or within any of the following areas: Private Equity and Venture Capital, Investment Management, Fund Accounting, advanced Payroll, Tax and Statutory compliance, in addition to Management Accounting, Accounting Process Optimization, and Technology Solutions.
