You will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
What makes a difference for us?
· Minimum 12 months post graduate experience in a similar clinical setting
· Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
· Flexibility to work a full rotating roster
