Your next position: 

Due to continued growth and business expansion an opportunity exists for a competent and experienced Internal Recruiterwith strong business acumen and attention to detail to join our HR team.  

What you will do: 

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract talent,  
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including but not limited to advertising, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, to on-boarding,  
• Highly experience in candidate management, 
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with hiring managers,  
• Manage and maintain the candidate database,  
• Maintain current Position Descriptions as per organisational chart, 
• General administrative support to the HR team as required. 

About you:  

• 2+years’ experience in a recruitment role, preferred experience in the resources sector,  
• Sound knowledge of Awards and Award Interpretation, 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships,  
• Highly organised and with a keen eye for detail,  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,  
• Solution orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving,  
• A self-motivated and adaptable individual, who has proven time management skills, can work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines,  
• Passion for what you do and the important role that you play within the business.
