Job Opportunity: Internal Recruitment Lead – Professional Services

As an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional, you will assume a pivotal role in driving our client's organisational expansion by identifying and engaging top talent across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, within key functions such as Finance, Administration, HR, Technology, and Sales.

- Job Title: Internal Recruitment Lead
- Hours: Flexible days and hours (Part-time 20 -25hrs per week with a view of increasing as the business grows)
- Location: Flexibility to work remotely or be based in the Melbourne or Sydney office
- Offices Locations: NSW, VIC, WA, QLD
- Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role
- Rate: $45 - $60 per hour + Superannuation (dependent on experience)
- End-to-end recruitment process management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilise recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK, and ATS systems such as iCIMS to build talent pools and find key hires
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organisation, providing a positive candidate experience
- Meet KPIs related to time-to-fill, time-to-accept, and reducing agency spend
- Previous experience as a generalist recruiter, preferably with exposure to various corporate roles
- Ability to demonstrate perseverance, passion, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role with minimal support
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and funnelling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
