- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, aiming to exceed satisfaction levels.
- Answer telephones.
- Provide expert sales assistance, aiding customers with product identification and clarification.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude at all times.
- Identify opportunities for making additional sales.
- Assist Account Managers in addressing customer requests and enquiries.
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues requiring Account Manager attention.
- Provide back-up support to counter sales staff as needed.
Profile
- Previous experience in sales/customer service within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using internal computer systems for documentation purposes.
- Strong knowledge of locksmith services and equipment - Prefferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
