BRANDWORX is a leading specialist provider of Corporate and Workwear uniforms, Safety footwear and PPE. Brandworx specialise in supplying both large and small corporate bodies from a wide range of industries throughout Australia, NSW and the Illawarra area.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Salesperson to join our growing team at Port Kembla. In this role you will be primarily responsible to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceeding your customers’ service expectations. You will also assist our External Sales team in all aspects of sales support.
Your main areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Face-to-face customer service in our retail showroom
- Processing and following up customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner
- Maintaining and developing long lasting customer relations
- Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for our customers
- Seizing opportunities to add value to Brandworx and our customer's business
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- A 'Customer Comes First' attitude with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers and suppliers
- Strong administration skills, with a minimum of 12 months experience in an admin role.
- Previous experience in sales, an advantage
- Attention to detail, be able to multi task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member
