Due to continued growth and success, we now seek aBusiness Development Assistant to join the team, who will work strategically within the inside sales team to develop, nurture and expand our client base.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about sales, possess strong communicational skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and ultimately have a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Identify and engage new business prospects via telephone calls
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Achieve KPIs as outlined by management
- Provide Clear and accurate activity reports to Management
- Develop and action initiatives based on market knowledge you have gained
- Work Monday to Friday Normal Business Hours
- Reengaging existing customers
- Follow through on opportunities with the sales team
