As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our valued customers. You'll be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate product/service information and guidance to customers.
Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Process sales orders and manage customer accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service and/or sales roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
A computer-savvy individual with Office 365 experience (Excel in particular).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Must be based in Perth.
