The Opportunity

Reporting through to the Program Manager NSW, the Internal Sales & Program Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to Program teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Programs and also significantly supporting Internal Sales efficiency. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

You will assist in coordinating Program activities, maintaining Program documentation, and facilitating communication among Program stakeholders to ensure successful Program outcomes.

This role plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of Programs and contributing to the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. You will have an opportunity to work on diverse Programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment, while also providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities will include things like:

  • Support Program managers in developing Program plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and Program managers to support sales strategies and objectives into Program plans. Ensure that all activities align with the overarching goals for business growth.
  • Monitor progress against established goals and milestones, including sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Actively contribute to business development initiatives by preparing supporting the development of tender and proposal responses.
  • Support the maintenance of sales support materials, including templates for tenders, proposals, and presentations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound enquiries related to new business opportunities
  • Coordinate Program meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain Program documentation, including Program plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Program communication efforts by preparing and distributing Program-related materials, such as presentations, reports, and updates.
  • Analyse data and trends in reporting to proactively address any issues impeding Program progress.
  • Aid in driving business development initiatives aimed at fostering Acusensus’ expansion, encompassing the preparation of proposals, contracts, and requisite documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg: Project management, business administration, engineering, data analytics) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in Program support, Program coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to effectively anticipate and identify potential issues in advance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion.
  • Commitment to upholding professional standards of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
