Counter Sales Administrator wanted for Steel Distribution YardDue to expansion, our client is currently looking for a full time Sales person to join their busy team. This role supports the sales and delivery options for existing customers and being able to make, take and process sales.The primary aim of this role is to ensure complete customer satisfaction!ARE YOU PERSONABLE AND HAPPY TO TALK TO PEOPLE?ARE YOU A GO GETTER WITH A CAN-DO ATTITUDE?THE ROLE:

• Counter sales - face to face and over the phone
• Following up leads and enquiries
• Database management
• Quotations
• Provide customer service and advice over the phone and emails
• Help process customer orders as required and communicate with external departments
• Confident communicator!

YOU:

• Want a career in Sales or the Steel industry...
• Driven and confident
• Sales experience (counter sales experience desirable)
• Advanced computer knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a blue-collar environment where steel caps and high vis are part of your wardrobe.
• Believe in the Customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and train in all things sales
• Own Transport and full drivers license
• Right to Work in Australia
