Austone Tyres is a locally owned importer and distributor of a large range of automotive tyres (Passenger,4WD & Truck). A position has become available for someone to join our friendly team at Eastern Creek. The job would appeal to someone with an interest in Sales and customer Service plus being able to assist with general administration tasks.
The duties of a Full Time Internal Sales/Admin All-Rounder include but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving inbound telephone orders and enquiries
- Conducting outbound sales calls to existing and potential Customers
- Managing Customers stock and product enquiries
- Being responsible for preparing and depositing Daily Banking
- Processing account payments via EFTPOS
- Being the primary contact for the collection of overdue accounts
- Perform administration duties as required such as daily filing
- Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with stocktakes when required
- Assisting the Territory Mangers where needed
- Assisting in all sales meetings
- Complying with requirements of the Employee, and Health & Safety Handbooks
- To assist in creating promotions and monthly specials
- To act and behave in a professional manner at all times
- To dress appropriately and neatly for the job (Uniform Supplied)
- To show courtesy and respect to co-workers and Customers alike
- To follow directions from your Supervisor/Manager
The successful applicant will:-
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Have the ability to work in a Team as well as autonomously

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available. An attractive salary, dependant on experience, is offered.
Some experience in the Tyre Industry would be an advantage but is not essential as on the job training is provided.
