SCU Ventures conducts academic courses on behalf of Southern Cross University at Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.
The Role:
The ISSA role is responsible for providing the necessary administrative tasks relating to the effective management of a student enrolment and campus management. The position is a student- facing role and the candidate will be required to liaise with students, student sponsors, and relevant government agencies.
The suitable candidate will possess a strong focus on student-facing service, administrative support and campus management.
This role is expected to work from the Perth campus/office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Student Enrolment and Enrolment Variations
- Customer Support and Service
- Campus operations and Office Management
Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills:
- A tertiary qualification or experience in an education environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience providing support to international tertiary students / domestic students from a variety of cultures, or equivalent
- Experience in a student facing higher education environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience.
- Experience using CRM or other data base, PRISMs and/or Learning Management Systems in a University Context
- User of Microsoft Office suite applications
