The Role
In this role, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team delivering services via telehealth, community visits and centre-based services. This is a mobile role, where you will predominately be visiting clients in the community, with the ability to work from home or within their hub within Sydney’s Inner West when not working with clients.
You will provide a range of assessments and interventions for children and adults living with disability, with referrals via the NDIS, Medicare or private.
Duties:
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications
- Managing a varied caseload - developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing treatment plans
- Attending meetings, supervision & personal development sessions (as required)
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
- Completing timely documentation & report writing
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current registration with AHPRA / SPA
- Working with Children Check (WWCC/Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check
- Up to date flu & covid vaccination certificates
- Driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle with Car, Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable)
