Hills Bottling & Canning is a leading contract wine bottling facility located in Nairne, nestled in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. As part of Sidewood Estate, a renowned winery, we pride ourselves on providing state-of-the-art bottling and canning services to the wine industry.
With a commitment to quality and excellence, we are looking for a highly skilled Inventory and Production Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the creation of work and purchase orders.
- Generating and dispatching invoices to customers.
- Ordering and managing inventory for dry goods, consumables, and stationery.
- Monitoring stock levels and making adjustments as necessary.
- Handling stock transfers, and maintaining accurate records in our management systems.
- Organizing and filing production paperwork, including contracts and credit applications.
- Assisting in production planning and control, including downtime reporting.
- Supporting the production team on the bottling line as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Experience using Ezy would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
