About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Production Administrator to work within our Maritime Australia line of business based at our Osborne shipyard in Adelaide.
The Production Administrator is responsible for supporting and working collaboratively with all levels of the Production and Manufacturing team. We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the daily, weekly and monthly tasks and working collaboratively with all levels of the Production/Manufacturing team Assisting Senior Production/Manufacturing team members with coordination of meetings including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, recording actions into the action tracker and distribution of meeting documentation Coordination of facilities maintenance requests Administration and maintenance of the time and attendance system Coordinating or assisting with event management Assisting in the development and maintenance of trade work instructions and procedures Coordinating or assisting with on boarding of new employees, inductions, probation and training
Other duties as assigned by the Production Project Lead or Senior Production Team Members Other tasks as requested
About YOU You'll have: Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal Team orientated with a lean in approach Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills High attention to detail Organisational and problem-solving skills
