About the Role
The Creative Economy team aims to strengthen and drive the economic development of the arts and culture, and creative industries sectors and support the activation of our communities.
The Investment Administration & Systems Manager drives the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of administration and data/information systems relevant to investments and funding programs, ensuring transparency, building accountability and ultimately optimising funding outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development and implementation of tools, documentation, resources and information relevant to investment and funding programs.
- Providing specialist technical support and training to improve efficiency, consistency and the quality of relevant data/information.
- Coordinating the development, delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of regular and ad-hoc reports to support planning and decision making associated with policy/program development, investments and funding programs.
- Managing reviews to improve the efficiency and quality of administration and data/information systems and processes.
- Building and maintaining constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, foster support and effectively represent Create NSW.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Considerable experience in the management and administration of database/information systems, analysis, reporting and records management.
- A strong customer service focus.
- Effective people management skills.
