Due to recent business growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic multi-tasking Customer Service Officer to join our team based at our Naval Base depot on a full-time basis.
- Data entry of new shipments into system
- Processing of new shipments via Web Orders / EDI in system
- Follow up required EDO’S and clearances as directed
- Provide support to team members as required
- Processing customer bookings
- Process third party costs to clients
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to meet customer’s expectations.
- Maintain excellent departmental Customer Service through high levels of communication.
