SalaryOur client, a leading wealth manager, is seeking an Investment Advice Associate to join their dynamic team in Canberra, ACT. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of high calibre Financial Advisers to provide bespoke investment & wealth advice to high net worth clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years of experience in a support function within the wealth management industry and ambitions to develop into a financial advisor role.What you'll do:
- Provide high-level client service through administrative, financial reporting and workflow support
- Assist the team with the implementation of advice strategies
- Ensure efficient and effective handling of workflow to best practice quality standards
- Work closely with experienced advisers in providing tailored wealth advice and investment strategies
- Demonstrate proactive approach and attention to detail in a fast-paced investment environment
- Meet firm deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Experience in a client service, administration or associate role within Wealth Management/Financial Planning industry
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client service ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor Degree or Relevant Industry Accreditation is desirable
