An established alternative funds management office with a proven track record investing across the capital structure with a focus on opportunistic, value investing and lending in Western Australia.
The opportunity
Due to ongoing success and a substantial pipeline of projects the firm wish to appoint an Investment Analyst - Associate to their team. You will play an integral role supporting the Director with alternative funding structures to bespoke situations, through to deal execution and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling: valuation and credit analysis
- Preparation and presentation of documentation to support investment decisions
- Market research and industry analysis
- Conducting due diligence on a variety of asset classes
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field: Finance, Property, Valuations, Law etc.
- 2-6 years' experience in a similar environment and/or property research, valuations, credit lending, funds management, investment banking, corporate restructuring environmentetc.
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the WA Real Estate sector
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to converse effectively with third parties and senior stakeholders
